For other courses:

Junior High School Examinees

- April 02 - 06, 2018 (Morning and Afternoon)

Senior High School Examinees

- April 10 - 13, 2018 (Morning and Afternoon)

FRESHMEN

High School graduates of any recognized schools may be admitted as freshmen provided he/she passed the entrance examination administered from the month of April to July as scheduled for each school year. In addition, every applicant for admission shall meet all the entrance requirements prescribed by each college.

Requirements:

  • 2 pcs. 2x2 ID picture (colored, white background w/ name tag)
  • Original & Photocopy of Senior High School Card (Grade 11 & 12)
  • Filled-out application form

TRANSFEREES AND SECOND COURSERS

Transfer students are those who wish to enroll in the Institute after having been enrolled at another learning institution. Former college students of the Institute who wish to return after having been enrolled in other institution are also considered transfer student.

Requirements:

  • 2 pcs. 2x2 ID picture (colored, white background w/ name tag)
  • Informative copy of Transcript of Records
  • Filled-out application form
  • Transfer students may be admitted on the basis of the following rules:

    • He/she must have obtained a GWA of not lower than 2.5 or its equivalent, and must have passed at least 75% of all collegiate units earned outside the college. In case the applicant has a GWA of lower than 2.5 or its equivalent, he/she may be admitted provided he/she is found to possess the potential to improve his/her performance, in which case the application shall be approved by the President or Vice-President for Academic Affairs.
    • In general, transfer of students to the third curriculum year of any course shall be allowed on "availability of slot" basis which will be determined by an appropriate method of ranking.
    • The concerned department will be in-charge of evaluating the study load of old and new students, crediting of units already taken in or outside the college, and determination of pre-requisites for enrollment in the next higher subject, subject to the review and final approval of the Registrar.
    • He/she must be able to complete in the college at least 50% of the total number of units required for graduation from his/her course.
     

SHIFTERS

Requirements:

  • Grades of 1st and 2nd semesters of SY 2017-2018 with GWA of 2.5
  • 2 pcs. 2x2 ID picture (colored, white background w/ name tag)
  • Filled-out application form

JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL

Requirements:

  • Examination Fee of P100.00
  • 2 pcs. 2x2 ID picture (colored, white background w/ name tag)
  • Filled-out application form

SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL

Requirements:

  • Examination Fee of P100.00
  • Original & Photocopy of Junior High School Card (Grade 10)
  • 2 pcs. 2x2 ID picture (colored, white background w/ name tag)
  • Filled-out application form
