The Palompon Institute of Technology participated in the onsite back-to-back training of accreditors for preliminary, Levels I and II surveys, and the conduct of 3rd and 4th accreditation survey visits. The training happened at the University of Rizal system, Morong Campus, Morong Rizal from May 14-16, 2024.

This training is significant in assessing the effectiveness and credibility of educational programs and institutions. By having this training, it ensures that accreditors have the necessary knowledge, skills, and understanding of accreditation standards and procedures. This is also vital component in maintaining and upholding the quality and integrity of higher education institutions.

Representing PIT are Dr. Eutiquio A. Pernis, the Campus Director of PIT-Tabango; Ms. Mary Florebelle N. Arevalo, Assistant Professor II; Dr. Janet A. Orioque, Associate Professor III; and Ms. Maria Fiadeh Lynn E. Licardo, Administrative Officer II and the Head of National Quality Standards. They joined other universities and state colleges in this training initiative.
