On March 4, 2025, the Palompon Institute of Technology (PIT) establishes IZN linkage with TUKYO Community at Xtreme Offshore Outsourcing (XOO) Inc., a leading business process outsourcing (BPO) company in Makati City. This initiative aims to enhance PIT’s educational programs, faculty development, and institutional best practices by learning from one of the industry’s top offshore outsourcing companies.

The benchmarking activity was led by Dr. Diana Rose P. Esmero, Dean of the College of Arts and Sciences (CAS), and Mr. Amed Cabugoy, Chair of the Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management (BSHM) program.
