Starting November 4, 2017, the President's 8888 Citizens' Complaint Hotline, which was temporarily hosted by the Civil Service Commission (CSC) since August 1, 2016, is being fully managed and operated by the Office of the President through the Office of the Cabinet Secretary. The CSC, however, will continue to attend to queries, complaints, requests for assistance, and other types of feedback on government frontline services through the Contact Center ng Bayan.

The Contact Center ng Bayan (CCB) is a feedback mechanism where citizens can request for information and assistance on government frontline service procedures, report commendations, appreciation, complaints, and feedback. The facility currently runs from Monday to Friday, 6 a.m. to 11 p.m. Starting January 3, 2018, the CCB can be reached Mondays thru Fridays from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m.
