The 33rd Regular Committee Meeting of the House Committee on Higher and Technical Education is taking place today, May 20, 2024, at the House of Representatives Complex. 

The Palompon Institute of Technology has been invited to discuss RA No. 10599 which is an Act of converting the Palompon Institute of Technology (PIT) into a Maritime State University to be known as the Palompon Polytechnic State University (PPSU). 

Representing the school are Dr. Gregorio S. Ochavillo, VP for Academic Affairs and Dr. Sonia A. Pajaron, VP for Research, Innovation and Extension Services.
