The ASEAN Festival of Talents and the culminating event for the regional ASEAN Month celebration of CHED Region VIII, involving various State Universities and Colleges (SUCs) on August 30, 2023 at the Mary Ngo Auditorium, located at Saint Paul School of Professional Studies in Palo, Leyte.
