Ambassador Marielle Geraedts of the Kingdom of the Netherlands to the Philippines, accompanied by Tjitsu Westra (KVNR Head of Labor Affairs), Patricia Alvendia (Embassy Senior Commercial Officer), Noah Vork (KVNR Representative), Capt. Evert Van Leeuwen (KVNR-NOVA Project Manager), and Mark Kaandorp (KVNR-Nova College Representative), paid a formal visit to Dr. Dennis Anota Del Pilar, President of PIT. They were joined by PIT key officials and faculty of the College of Maritime Education.

During the visit, they expressed their mutual appreciation for the strong partnership and international cooperation between the two nations. They also discussed strategies to further enhance the success of PIT’s maritime programs and reaffirmed the continued support between KVNR, Nova College and PIT.
