The Philippine Association of State Universities and Colleges (PASUC) is hosting the Research and Innovation Competitiveness Summit today until June 27, 2024, at Sequoia Hotel, Aseana Business Park, Parañaque City. 

Attendees include Dr. Dennis Anota Del Pilar, PIT President, and Dr. Rose A. Arceno, Director of PIT Research Services.

The summit's goals are to pinpoint the major obstacles to innovation that hinder research productivity in SUCs, the niche research areas per region, as well as identifying the industry focus for the government to prioritize as a national strategy and policy recommendations for endorsement to the National Innovation Council (NIC).
