The two-day New Hire Orientation for faculty and employees at PIT commenced on January 30, 2025 at the PIT Balay Alumni.

Newly hired faculty and employees from both the PIT Main and Tabango campuses participated in the session, which covered essential topics such as PIT’s history, academic updates, business processes, work ethics, dress code, salaries, wages, and other key information relevant to their roles.

Leading this initiative is the highly dynamic Head of the Human Resource Management Office (HRMO), Mrs. Diana Veronica B. Montejo, supported by Mr. Joey R. Costelo, the Learning and Development (L&D) in-charge, along with their dedicated team, who ensured the event's successful organization.
