On March 4, 2025, the Palompon Institute of Technology (PIT) had the honor of welcoming Undersecretary Rosemarie G. Edillon of the National Economic and Development Authority (NEDA) and Deputy Director General Girlie Amarillo of the National Anti-Poverty Commission (NAPC), along with Regional Social Development Committee (SDC) Chairpersons, NEDA Regional Directors, and members of the SDC-Technical Board for a significant environmental scanning session in Palompon, Leyte. This session was part of their four-day National-Regional Consultative Meeting.
