The Palompon Institute of Technology, led by College President Dr. Dennis A. Del Pilar, paid a formal courtesy visit to the Honorable Mary Dominique A. Oรฑate, Mayor of Palompon, Leyte.
Accompanying Dr. Del Pilar were Dr. Claudine L. Igot, Vice President for Academic Affairs; Dr. Nathaniel Bryan S. Fiel, Vice President for Administration and Finance; Dr. Roel I. Sabang, Vice President for Research, Innovation and Extension Services; and members of the administrative staff. The delegation expressed their gratitude to the Local Government Unit (LGU) for its continued support of the institution.
The visit served as a reaffirmation of PITโs strong commitment to work hand in hand with the LGU in advancing quality education, strengthening community engagement, and promoting local development.
Discussions during the visit highlighted potential areas for expanded collaboration, shared initiatives, and sustainable partnerships that will further uplift the lives of students, stakeholders, and the wider Palomponganon community.
With aligned visions and shared aspirations, PIT and the LGU of Palompon move forward together for the progress of the town and the region it serves.
